Searching for an apartment, viewing it, signing the contract, Move in handoff, the stay, move out handoff and refund of deposit. The support team is amazing at urban ground. They listen and do their best to accommodate the request. I always recommend urban ground to anyone who is looking for ready to move in house . We also received the refund amount within 2 weeks which is great as per the timelines compared to other providers. No complaints. It was a very pleasant partnership.

Had a great experience with Urban Ground in Berlin. The booking works on a first-come-first-served basis so it saves you a lot of the headaches of going through the painful process of housing search in Berlin. Even though the rent prices may be comparatively a little higher (anyway, renting costs are out of control around the world in 2022), the apartments are in great condition and the service is very professional. They also give support in English for non-german speakers. I had a few questions regarding the apartment and the Urban Ground team responded very quickly via phone and e-mail. The rent might be a tiny bit above what you expect, but it's a fair price to pay considering the transparency and professionalism they have.
